Position: Senior researcher +420 602 339 028kyselaj@prf.cuni.cz Jan Kysela deals with general issues of constitutional theory, in recent years especially the doctrine and models of separation of powers, but also parliaments (purpose, role, powers, structure) or the theory of law making. In SYRI, he will focus on two thematic areas. On the one hand, the adaptation of the Czech legal environment to manage a crisis similar to that of the coronavirus, and on the other hand, the role of Central European presidents as agents causing political and constitutional crises, or, on the contrary, contributing to their resolution.
