She is an expert in the sociology of gender, family and social inequalities. She is dedicated to research on parenting, childcare and elderly care, the position of women and the elderly on the labor market, and women's reproductive rights. She worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Political Science at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and studied sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University and at the Université Paris V. René Descartes. As part of the SYRI project, he focuses on researching the gendered impacts of the covid-19 pandemic and the impact of the pandemic on parents and their position on the labor market.
