+420 210 310 240 m.hermanova@ucl.ac.uk Marie Heřmanová is an anthropologist who researches social networks and internet culture. Her research topics include the role of influencers in media and political communication, the spread of disinformation and conspiracy narratives on social networks, and the reproduction of social and gender inequalities in the online environment. As part of the SYRI project, he is investigating the role of influencers and internet opinion-leaders in crisis communication and the impact of digital platforms on the labor market.
