Pavel Ondřejek has long been devoted to issues of human rights theory, changes in public law and systemic approaches to law. In the project, he analyzes the decision-making activity of the courts related to selected aspects of the regulation adopted during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as the role of the principles of precaution and proportionality.
